Thinking of selling my Super Clodbuster... Hardly use it these days, and was wondering if I should sell it. Anyone interested? Comments and offers welcome.
Sex on wheels...

Tamiya 58413 - Tamiya TT-01E Lamborghini Countach
The only thing that could make it any better is if it was a TRANSFORMER :D
Long time...
Well its been a while since I put anything on here. Been pretty busy these few weeks with my new project :) TT-01 time, and yeah, I've missed having a touring car, so I got a couple. One to sit nicely on the shelf, almost fully hopped up (thanks to Jun) and one to have some fun with :P I've posted a few pics if anyones interested. They are Subaru 2007 WRC (shelf) and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII (basher) currently. I have an Evo VI body shell still in its box. Have a few extra spare parts which I've put on trademe under the same username :) All is well and fun to be had, been pretty busy with work etc and starting to pay off my student loan which will chip away at my wages every week... *sigh* RCmate seems a bit quiet don't you agree? :P
DF-03 beating
After going hard on Zelda: Twilight Princess for a few days, and finally finishing it, I decided to take the DF-03 out for a play. Went to the bmx track and found it was closed, so I went to a park where I found a neat patch of dirt under some trees. Kicked up a storm :P Raced it all around the park, and even INTO A TREE... It wasn't a big tree... but it made it flip. It must have hit hard cause it bent the propellor shaft... MADE OF ALLOY :S Then when I tried to turn it off to fix, the switch for the Futaba MC330CR ESC snapped off so it was stuck on on... :S They don't think about the product when they make it do they? Such a small fragile switch... Maybe I should have stayed inside and played the Wii some more :P lol...
Vid links.
Ok, in my seach for info on the TT-01E coming soon, I come across this page with some cool vids of Land Cruiser (rock crawler), TT-01E, Durga (very cool track and jumps), Scania scale truck (very realistic), Highlift trucks (cool lights :P), and German Panther Tanks (funny when 2 tanks meet a 3rd :P), but the video was quite big to download, so I stumble on a link which will make it easier for everyone to view. It's off japanese youtube, so only Jun can read it ;) but all you have to do is click on the pics :P

Kawada Drift Star Motor
Got one of these off Jun, ordered Tuesday, sent Thursday, received today... As usual with their service :) Can't fault it! So took it out of the wrapping, put the wires on, and had to go back to work :P Finished work, came home and put the motor into my DF-03 which the rear wing is looking a bit dinky cause its been flipped so many times. Took it for a test drive out onto the road and it just flys! With the 23T Superstock RZ, I would have estimated the speed to be around 40k, but now with a 15T motor in it, I reckon over 50k :P wish it had a speedo on it to confirm. So its been buzzing up and down my street for a while :P Need a real car to race it against ;)
DF-02 Plasma Edge...
Clod in the dark
DF-03 Transformed
Just to follow on from my last post, I was doing another small project too :) I got a Dark Impact shell, stickers, and black rims, and now I can interchange my DF-03 between the two :) DI is pretty sexy in black, and I'm thinking Avante MKII wouldn't be so bad either ;) Maybe that will be another project :P One thing I'm not too fond of with the DF-03 shells is how you have to drill your own body holes. I wrecked a MKII body once while drilling, and don't particularly want to repeat that experience. Still thinking about other future projects and still eyeing out the DB-01 Durga, but financially, I probably shouldnt :P
Clod Makeover
Well I brought a couple Monster truck aluminum damper sets and fitted them to my Super Clodbuster, and also a light kit :) Very happy with the light kit which now gives the Super Clodbuster a realistic feel :P, but I wish there could be something fitted to the "lights" on the roll cage... Would be cool, but there is no place for lights to be fitted. Ahh well. Alloy damper are a bit on the thin side... They don't look beefy enough on the Super Clodbuster, but does make it handle bumps better. Take a look at the pics I took :)
